Our wormanship is not subject to any Lien Waivers and payment for our services is secured by the real property to which services were rendered (S. C. Code 29-5-10). Please take note of The South Carolina Prompt Pay Act (S.C. Code 29-6-30) which requires payment of invoices within seven (7) days of receipt and The First Lien on Funds Rule (S.C. Code 29-7-10) which grants subcontractors a right to place a lien on bank accounts where funds are held.
