All workmanship is inspected by the Beaufort County Board of Inspections. Any services performed while under the lawful permit of this company will result in full payment due to this company. Any additional items (Extras) or alterations of any kind and for any reason 15 days after work has been finished will become part of a Change Order and subject to payment as if part of the original Contract. Our wormanship is not subject to any Lien Waivers and payment for our services is secured by the real property to which services were rendered (S. C. Code 29-5-10). Please take note of The South Carolina Prompt Pay Act (S.C. Code 29-6-30) which requires payment of invoices within seven (7) days of receipt and The First Lien on Funds Rule (S.C. Code 29-7-10) which grants subcontractors a right to place a lien on bank accounts where funds are held. We reserve our right to exercise all options available to us by South Carolina Construction Trades Law.
